We respect your right to privacy and will only process personal information you provide in accordance with the Data Protection Legislation which for the purposes of this Privacy Policy shall mean: (i) unless and until the GDPR is no longer directly applicable in the UK, the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679) and any national implementing laws, regulations, and secondary legislation, as amended or updated from time to time, in the UK, and then (ii) any successor legislation to the GDPR or the Data Protection Act 1998, and other applicable privacy laws.

We may share your personal data with trusted 3rd parties which we have partnered with in order to provide the services you requested, for example we are usually required to share your contact data with domain name partners in order to complete your domain registration, Certificate Authorities to provision SSL Certificates, and our payment processing partners such as Stripe and PayPal to process your payment.
    3. We only share the minimum information necessary and 3rd parties are prohibited from using your information for any other purpose.
  8. How to update & delete your data
    1. You may update your account information including name, email address, phone number, and billing address in the Client Area.
    2. You may update your contact preferences for marketing communications in the Client Area or by clicking the link at the bottom of marketing emails.
    3. You may request a copy of your personal data by emailing privacy@allthe.domains.
    4. You may request account closure and deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@allthe.domains.
    5. Please note we are required by law to retain certain data for legitimate business purposes, tax, and compliance record keeping as required by UK Law and EU Regulations.
    6. You cannot request account closure while any product or service remains active or if there are any outstanding invoices.
    7. Any legacy discounts, account credit or loyalty discounts will be forfeited.
    8. You will no longer be able to log into your account after the closure has been processed.
    9. Accounts which have been closed and the personal data removed cannot be restored.
