How to claim

Customers who wish to claim a refund under this policy should raise a support ticket within 45 days of the date of the initial shared hosting order. While not required, we always appreciate feedback and if you can also let us know why you don't feel our hosting service is for you - often we can resolve any problems you're having!

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of the request and refunds will be issued to the same source used when you paid for the order.

What isn't included

Due to the bespoke nature of some services, we are unable to offer the 45-day Money Back Guarantee on all services, including Domain Names, SSL Certificates, WHOIS Privacy, Domain Trustee Service, Virtual and Dedicated Servers, and web hosting migration services.

The 45-day Money Back Guarantee does not apply to renewals, only initial orders - this is intended to allow customers to try our shared hosting services with no risk.

Where domain name registration or transfer is bundled free of charge with a hosting package, you will need to pay for the domain name at our standard list price. Any refund issued will be excluding the list price for the domain name.

This policy does not apply to customers who have violated our Terms and Conditions, particularly our Acceptable Use Policy. This Money Back Guarantee can only be applied once per Customer. reserves the right to alter, amend, or withdraw this offer/policy at any time.
